Customer Review: Item was great, shipping was not!

I ordered the brown coffee press on January 26, 2010. The order was being pushed back all the way to somewhere in 2nd week of April, 2010. It was amazing long. I gave it 2 stars only as I really can't take Amazon's shipping delays & being indifferent in handling regular customers.
I was not in urgent need of it so I can afford to wait. However, the shipping was way too long.
As far as the coffee press is concerned, great product. Makes coffee on the go real easy. Perhaps some improvements can be made to the base, otherwise I can't find any major fault with it.
But if you want the item fast, avoid this at all costs. There are better choices & websites who can supply you. If you do order one from here, BE PREPARED to wait, 8 weeks or more perhaps.
And to Amazon, please if you can't fulfill the order, then take out the item or at least give a realistic shipping estimate or find a better fulfilment center!
