Customer Review: Easy to use, easy to clean!

I have owned and used this tea infuser for several years, and bought 2 more this year for friends. The three most wonderful things about this product are:
1. It fits into virtually any mug, commercial or handmade, as well as into most teapots and jar tops for those who enjoy making "sun tea"
2. It is unbelievably easy to clean (turn it upside down and rinse), and
3. It is deep enough that people who like to infuse a LOT of tea or herbs will not be struggling to cram what they like into the infuser.
I raise lots of tea herbs, and the third point is salient for me. Lemon Verbena and particularly Chamomile can be bulky (Verbena likes to dry in curled leaves and breaking them robs them of flavor; Chamomile flowers just need room to breathe). This is the perfect infuser for anyone who likes to "grow their own." It is all plastic and nicely designed of recyclable materials. It endures near daily use in my home, and stands up to the challenge.

Freely swirling tea leaves will release their full potential, like in a Bodum tea pot but on a smaller scale. With a length of 11.7 cm (4.6 inch), it fits into all Bodum mugs. The YOYO tea strainer is made of durable black plastic and finely screened mesh to ensure that leaves and kernels remain in the strainer and not in your tea. The lid is dual purpose. If put upside-down onto the strainer it keeps the water warm while the tea is brewing, if flipped after the brewing it can be used as a saucer for the tea infuser.
