Customer Review: tough to open, weak beaker

this is a very stylish looking french press but and works fine. It is really tough to open the top to emoty it and clean it. After 2 weeks of use, the glass broke at the bottom from the hot water, the only way I could tell was when the coffee was leaking all over the place. I returned it and switched to a more traditional press which is working fine
