Customer Review: Breaks easy!

I had gotten one as a gift for Christmas and loved it when I got it. Then my son knocked it off the coffee table, and just like that it cracked!! It became unusable. I thought, even though it was not a high table, it was on linoleum (not a soft surface) and therefore cracked. So I bought another. However, today, i just dropped it from my office table onto a carpeted floor and just like that...it not only cracked, but the bottom part of the cup literally broke off, like it was made of glass!!! I am so upset, since these things are not cheap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING THIS AT ALL. I agree with a previous review that this had so much potential (I like to drink loose leaf tea, so this was great)...but in the end, the quality sucks and so does the customer support.
